Used this product at a family members house and had to have one of my own! Working 12 hour shifts can be exhausting and this helps so much with the pain. The ONLY downfall is I wish it lasted longer! But it is amazing for a tense neck! I would highly recommend!!
Nice being able to wear a neck heating pad. The electrical stimulation though I don't really care for.

Love it!! 5 stars... Been trying this for my tight neck or sprained muscle.. It has 6 nice modes for different massages... you will find one or more you like best... really massages deep & for 15 mins only is all you need @ time.. Then shuts off automatically... Most important thing is if yiu have long hair put it up so you dont get it caught & make sure you have tight to neck, so it don't shock you a little... I'm really happy, one request is with directions if you could add what massages are on here.. Always love the remote, magnets to the machine so you won't loose it.
