I've taken a multivitamin for many years. I've always purchased the high potency, expensive brands with very high DV%, often times way past the recommended amounts. I've come to realize that more is not better. Actually quite the opposite. This brand gives me the quality I want at a more appropriate dosage. I'm getting the same ingredients as my prior brand without the potential negative effects. The quality seems very good. I love the powder capsules. It seems this company cares about the source of their vitamin ingredients. That's important to me. I want good quality supplements and I don't mind paying for them. This is actually very inexpensive. I'd recommend this brand.
