this is great for me

I switched over to these as the price of the vitapaks I was taking continued to increase. I was looking for something that gave a moderate energy boost for my morning workouts, wasn't outrageously expensive, and didn't require popping 5-7 pills. All things considered, this is great for me. I've taken a multi for several years so I can't say I feel better with this one as they are mostly all similar, however, this gives me just enough of the boost I was looking for and keeps me going through the day. I've never been a fan of pre-workout products, especially considering I'm buying a multi in addition to it, but also can't just get to the gym on my own after breakfast. I've been using this for 2 months now and am very happy with it. I get the multi plus energy, for an excellent price. Would highly recommend.
