So i got this for my mom as a Christmas gift so she hasn't used it yet... but i have. I used it on my back last night to relieve some pain and it helped.It came in a nice box, i was so happy so it would be easy to wrap.
Setup was simple, just plug-in the charger with basically a start and stop button. This is my first time got this , normally I go to massage place, but they closed for few weeks. So I been looking for a good neck relieve message, to help with my back & neck strain from sitting at a desk all day. This message is very helpful and allow you to select either neck or back to use it. The most important this message come with heat which can help to relieve the pain much better. And more comfortable when you use it.

I work on a computer all day and it creates a lot of constant tension and I was looking for something that could help relax me also so this definitely does the job for both .
