I think there are plenty of reviews on the benefits of the product overall (which I 100% agree with), and seeing that I had a very hard time trying to figure out which flavor to purchase when I first started using this product, here's a quick download on the ones I have tried thus far:I've tried most of the Amazing Grass Green Superfood flavors at this point, and even though I was very skeptical about the lemon lime flavor, it goes very well with the wheat grass and is actually by far my favorite.flavor. I do not get jittery from the energy blend, but not sure I really feel a difference in energy to the other varieties either. Runner ups are Chocolate (more of a dark, unsweetened cocoa, not sweet chocolate - recently started mixing in with protein powder, which is very yummy!) as well as Berry (dried berry flavor; again, not sweet or artificial). My least favorite by far was the original, which had way too much Stevia in it for my taste buds and just tasted sickly sweet to me.As others have noted, you will drink a suspension which is somewhat grainy since this does not dissolve in water. Drinking it immediately after mixing helps as the greens will swell up if left sitting in water. I sometimes add Chia seeds, which I soak in water for a little bit before adding the GS Powder - more natural goodness, and the Chia seeds give the drink a bit more substance; particularly good with the chocolate flavor.Overall, great product. Give it a try if you haven't already.
